“It’s confusing when we make a life decision only to find things don’t work out according to the purposes we had in mind. However, these adverse circumstances might simply be preparation for the task God has in mind for you.”

Psalm 37:23
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way.

A university student was seen with a large "K" printed on his T- shirt. When someone asked him what the "K" stood for, he said, "Confused." The questioner replied, "But you don't spell confused with a K." The student answered, "Now you know how confused I am!"

You smile, but the truth is, we often trek the campus of life confused about the purposes of God. The circumstances you might find yourself in today might not be where you’d hoped to be yesterday. It’s confusing when we make a life decision only to find that things don’t work out according to the purposes we had in mind. However, these adverse circumstances might simply be preparation for the task God has in mind for you.

If you remain faithful to the call of God and always acknowledge him in all your plans, the time will come when you’ll look back and realise how God has directed your steps. We can become frustrated when things go awry but God often uses difficulty and seeming failure in our lives to return us to his original designer purpose. When we look at our current situation rather than looking beyond tomorrow, believing that the Lord is on the job, we can become confused. Nevertheless, if we acknowledge God, all things will work out for our good and according to his plans.

Remember, God’s ways are higher than our ways. Trust his plans without relying on you own reasoning. Indeed, the steps of a Christ follower are ordered by the Lord.

God-tracking is trusting God’s plans even when you’re confused.

SO, DON’T GIVE UP, LOOK UP & PRAY

“I make a choice now, to trust you without leaning on my own reasoning, even when life becomes confusing.”

“Dear Lord, I get so confused when things don’t work out the way I’ve planned, But then I remember that your ways are higher than my ways and your word tells me that you know the plans you have for me, plans for my good. I commit my future to you and acknowledge you in every aspect of my life. I make a choice now, to trust you without leaning on my own reasoning, even when life becomes confusing. Amen.”
