By his grace, he did it when he saved you from sin and death through the cross of Christ. By grace, he is doing it in your life daily through the auspicious privilege of the power of prayer.”

Luke 10:19
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Christian, you and I are new creations in Christ, the old life has passed away and all things have become new. No more fears, no more doubts, no more anxieties and no more guilt. God made Jesus, who was sinless, to become a sin offering for us so that in him we might become righteous by God’s righteousness. Therefore, we have the power and authority, by God’s word and grace, to tread on serpents and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy of our souls. Scripture reassures us that what we bind in prayer on earth is bound in heaven and what we loose in prayer on earth is loosed in heaven.

Prayer is a mighty weapon. We don’t battle against mankind; our battle is against the forces of darkness in heavenly (spiritual) places. When we pray, we move from the physical realm into the spiritual realm. That is, though our bodies are still locked in the physical environ of earth, our souls and spirits move into heavenly places – the realm of the spirit. We are seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. When we pray, by God’s grace, we release the manifold power of heaven. Therefore, guard your heart and seek to pray according to the will of God. God’s word is God’s will. So, get into the word of God and get the word of God into you so that you will see mighty works through your prayers.

Dear Christian, don’t settle for anything less than the power and authority that God, by his grace, has given you through prayer. Grace is God’s doing. By his grace, he did it when he saved you from sin and death through the cross of Christ. By grace, he is doing it in your life daily through the auspicious privilege of the power of prayer.

God-tracking is not settling for anything less than the power of prayer.

Don’t Give Up, Look Up & Pray

“I pull down strongholds and cast down every argument and high thing that exalts itself against your will and purposes in my life.”

“Father God, thank you so much for sending Jesus to die and rise again to set me free from sin and death. Your grace was sufficient to save me and your grace is sufficient to empower me to appropriate the authority of prayer. In prayer, therefore, I pull down strongholds and cast down every argument and high thing that exalts itself against your will and purposes in my life. Amen.”
